This is a three zone device

with the lowest zone having liquid nitrogen cooling.

CTC-10, System Specifications:

  Top ZONE #3 temperature range +20 to +200C

  Middle ZONE #2 temperature range +20C to +900C 

  Bottom ZONE #1 temperature range -196C to +900C
